This role is based in Santa Clara, CA.

Compensation:

$200,000 - $322,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver to committed POR and customer agreements.
  • Drive complex new Silicon platforms, including planning and tracking.
  • Develop and maintain program schedules through production.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to complete silicon solutions from concept to production.
  • Provide technical cross-domain support for issue resolution.
  • Encourage innovation while keeping execution on track.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of industry experience in technical program management of complex SOCs.
  • Experience leading programs from concept through production.
  • Cross-domain technical leadership in IP/SOC design and validation.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
