Compensation:

Base salary range is 136,000 USD - 258,750 USD per year.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Translate complex VLSI project management methodologies into scalable software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain AI-driven agents for automating project management tasks.
  • Collaborate with VLSI Program Managers to improve processes and implement automation.
  • Use Python and modern web frameworks to build internal tools and dashboards.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for project management tools.

What We Need to See:

  • BS in Computer Science or related field; Masters preferred.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience with 2+ years in project management.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with Large Language Models and operational automation.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and improve workflows.
