Analytics Engineer, GTM

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, using a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$270K – $340K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Embed with the GTM team to identify high-impact analytics problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Establish a data-driven culture by defining, tracking, and operationalizing metrics.
• Manage cross-functional data projects related to revenue, pricing, sales, and marketing.
• Create scalable data pipelines and manage the lifecycle of metrics and models.
• Develop dashboards and reports for independent data analysis.
• Conduct analyses to uncover insights for key decisions.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly across the organization.

Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant Data role.
• Highly skilled in SQL and ETL workflows.
• Proficient in Python and business intelligence tools like Tableau and Looker.
• Experience with advanced visualizations (e.g., streamlit, plotly dash).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to influence decision-making with data.
