About the Role:
You will be a Senior Android engineer on OpenAI’s Applied Foundations team, building core mobile experiences for user account management, payments, and safety.
Responsibilities:
Own complex client-side systems spanning UI, networking, local state, payment integrations, and collaborate with backend and product teams.
Requirements:
- Up to 6 years of software engineering experience
- Proven track record of building high-quality Android applications
- Fluency in Kotlin (and/or Java) and familiarity with Android development tools
- Focus on performance, security, and user experience
