Customer Marketing Manager, SMB

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$227K - $252K/year

Responsibilities:

• Identify high-potential SMB customers and use cases demonstrating practical AI adoption.
• Develop customer stories, quotes, proof points, and reusable assets for various marketing channels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer-facing work.
• Track performance of SMB customer proof by audience and channel.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in customer marketing or related fields.
• Experience marketing to SMB audiences.
• Strong writing and project management skills.
