Compensation:

$293K – $515K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with product, engineering, and research teams to shape AI-powered enterprise products.
• Define metrics and measurement frameworks for AI agents and automation workflows.
• Analyze how organizations use AI tools to improve product experience.
• Drive insights around enterprise adoption and value realization.
• Design experiments to enhance AI system performance.

Requirements:

• Strong product analytics or data science experience.
• Curiosity about AI systems and their impact on work.
• Ability to work in 0→1 product environments.
• Strong analytical skills in experimentation and behavioral analysis.
