This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model of three days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$293K – $515K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Own the core KPI framework for ChatGPT for Work, spanning onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Build end-to-end funnels to identify success and bottlenecks in user adoption.
  • Define metrics connecting time-to-value to business outcomes.
  • Design experiments to quantify product changes' impact.
  • Translate complex analysis into insights that shape product strategy.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in data science/analytics in high-velocity product environments.
  • Expert SQL and strong Python skills.
  • Experience with B2B products, particularly SaaS.
  • Strong experimentation and causal inference judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
