Executive Programs Narrative Lead

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$266K - $295K/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop bespoke executive narratives for priority customer briefings.
• Partner with Sales and account teams to understand customer context and strategic priorities.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear executive-level conversations.
• Build repeatable narrative frameworks and planning tools.
• Prepare internal leaders for strategic customer conversations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in executive-level customer narratives or strategic briefings.
• Strong writing and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
