This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$225K – $335K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end Hardware Operations readiness programs across AI infrastructure systems.
  • Develop scalable hardware operations processes and workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional execution of Hardware Operations readiness initiatives.
  • Partner with various teams to ensure alignment on operational requirements.
  • Identify operational risks and drive mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in technical program management or related roles.
  • Experience with hardware systems at scale.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development and deployment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills.
