Head of Ads Enterprise Marketing

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office.

Compensation:

$374K – $415K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Define the end-to-end enterprise advertiser marketing strategy.
  • Develop narratives and messaging for AI-powered marketing.
  • Build brand positioning for enterprise advertisers.
  • Lead thought leadership programs and content strategy.
  • Create executive storytelling frameworks for senior client engagements.
  • Develop strategic sales enablement programs.
  • Build integrated demand generation programs targeting priority accounts.
  • Own OpenAI’s presence at major industry events.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in enterprise advertising marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying decisions.
  • Experience in developing executive narratives and thought leadership.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear narratives.
