This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$177K – $251K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Own FDE onboarding end-to-end, designing a structured ramp experience for new team members.
  • Build and evolve enablement infrastructure incorporating OpenAI tools into workflows.
  • Partner with adjacent teams to improve coordination and execution.
  • Measure ramp and enablement effectiveness through concrete outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in onboarding program management or similar roles.
  • Experience in building onboarding systems for complex technical roles.
  • Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical workflows.
