About the Role:

The Program Manager, Capital Infrastructure Builds bridges the gap between Real Estate and Workplace Services, Corporate IT, Corporate Security and other partner teams to design and deliver technical solutions for new office buildout / remodel projects and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional coordination between internal teams, construction and related trades and other vendors/service providers.
  • Manage the design, bid, implementation, commissioning and handover process for ISP connectivity, low voltage cabling and network infrastructure.
  • Partner with the Corporate Security team to implement supporting infrastructure and network integration for access control, surveillance systems and intrusion detection.
  • Manage project schedules, status updates, executive communications for the builds portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Vendor management experience.
