Senior Technical Sourcer, Scaling

This role is based in San Francisco or Seattle with a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office.

Compensation:

$240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Own top-of-funnel strategy for high-impact roles in AI systems.
• Partner with recruiters to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Design targeted sourcing plans for competitive talent markets.
• Build and maintain talent maps and market intelligence.
• Engage passive candidates through high-quality outreach.
• Track and analyze sourcing performance to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of technical sourcing experience in technology environments.
• Proven success in sourcing specialized technical roles.
• Strong research and market intelligence skills.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
