About the role:

We are looking for a Sales Engineering leader responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the OpenAI sales process, ensuring developers and enterprises maximize benefit from our technology.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and refine the strategic vision for OpenAI's Solutions Engineering function.
• Lead and mentor a team through the sales cycle, promoting customer engagement and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GTM, Product, Engineering, and Research.
• Act as the escalation technical contact for key clients.
• Champion a customer-first approach within the organization.

• Experience in developing large-scale technical success strategies.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams across multiple EMEA markets.
