This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$227K - $252K USD

Responsibilities:

  • Define OpenAI's startup co-marketing content strategy across channels and audience segments.
  • Build social-first series featuring founders and builders using OpenAI in real workflows.
  • Partner with field/event teams to capture, package, and publish content from startup programs.
  • Translate high-performing field moments into snackable content formats and recurring series.
  • Track performance and business impact, and evolve formats based on data and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of content marketing experience with clear ownership of strategy and execution.
  • Meaningful startup experience or deep founder ecosystem work.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work across ambiguity and tight timelines.
