This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$207K – $335K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution for PoP buildouts, expansions, and network capacity delivery.
  • Drive physical and logical readiness across network components.
  • Maintain clear ownership of timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
  • Translate network capacity needs into execution workstreams.
  • Partner with network engineers to validate network readiness.
  • Build operational mechanisms and checklists for deployments.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in deployment processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status.

Requirements:

  • Experience in infrastructure, networking, and technical operations programs.
  • Strong technical intuition across various networking components.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional infrastructure programs.
  • Excellent written communication and operating discipline.
