Compensation:

$96,377—$168,660 USD

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and analyze business needs to design solutions across Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Contribute to projects that improve seller workflows and operational efficiency.
• Support the identification and rollout of AI-driven use cases to enhance productivity.
• Communicate project updates and maintain stakeholder alignment.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with AI-driven use cases in a sales tech environment.
