Compensation:
$114,297—$235,319 USD
Responsibilities:
- Partner with engineering teams to define, measure, and improve the health, quality, and efficiency of Pinterest’s infrastructure systems.
- Build and refine metrics, dashboards, and analytical frameworks.
- Design and analyze experiments to quantify the impact of infrastructure changes.
- Support investigations related to infrastructure performance and reliability.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Statistics, Applied Math, or equivalent experience.
- Strong SQL and analytical programming skills.
- Experience with production-ready data pipelines and measurement systems.
- Solid foundation in experimentation and measurement.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
