Compensation:

$141,553—$247,718/year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global business systems initiatives across Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Own sales process areas, improving workflow efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop execution roadmaps translating strategic priorities into actionable projects.
  • Analyze complex business problems and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Identify and assess emerging AI capabilities across the sales tech stack.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in business systems analysis or related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
