Compensation:

$123,696—$254,667 USD

What you'll do:

  • Design and build simulation environments for CTV auction mechanics.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating bidding strategies and budget allocation.
  • Build AI agents for strategy exploration and automate experimentation.
  • Use LLMs and generative AI to enhance ML workflows.
  • Define technical direction for simulation and AI infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Strong production Python skills.
  • Experience with probabilistic modeling and simulation systems.
  • Understanding of auction theory and programmatic advertising.
  • Ability to translate business questions into simulation frameworks.
  • Clear written communication and ownership of projects.
