Product Manager II, Trust & Safety Tools

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$114,297—$235,319 USD

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the T&S Tools product roadmap, including review queue systems and management tools.
• Define and ship AI-native tool capabilities and intelligent routing.
• Partner with T&S practitioners to improve workflows.
• Manage internal customer experience across diverse user needs.
• Triage requests from stakeholders and maintain roadmap focus.

Requirements:

• 3+ years product management experience.
• Experience with internal users or enterprise customers.
• Strong user empathy and SQL proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
