Compensation:
$195,738—$402,990/year
Responsibilities:
- Define, design, and launch AI/ML-powered experiences for user discovery and shopping.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
- Set product vision and establish success metrics for personalization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance personalization across Pinterest’s Curation portfolio.
Requirements:
- Experience with AI/ML products, particularly in e-commerce.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineers and data scientists.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives.
- Ability to navigate complex product challenges and influence strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
