Compensation:

$195,738—$402,990/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, and launch AI/ML-powered experiences for user discovery and shopping.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
  • Set product vision and establish success metrics for personalization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance personalization across Pinterest’s Curation portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Experience with AI/ML products, particularly in e-commerce.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to partner with engineers and data scientists.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives.
  • Ability to navigate complex product challenges and influence strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
