Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze performance drivers for advertisers.
• Monitor ad performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide data-backed recommendations tailored to advertiser segments.
• Lead and mentor data scientists in the team.

Requirements:

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in data science with web-scale data.
• Strong knowledge of ads platforms, statistics, and coding in SQL and Python.
• Excellent communication skills.
