Compensation:

$158,765—$326,870 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Drive system quality and adoption of design patterns and component libraries.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance user experiences.
  • Prototype and validate new ideas using Figma and other tools.
  • Mentor other designers and advocate for accessibility and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product design, especially with design systems.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interface design and systemic thinking.
  • Expertise in motion and visual design principles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.
