Compensation:
$163,064—$335,720/year
What you'll do:
- Define, design, and launch AI/ML-powered experiences for personalized user engagement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams.
- Set product vision and establish success metrics for personalization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance personalization across Pinterest.
- Resolve complex product challenges and influence strategy.
Requirements:
- Experience in AI/ML product development, preferably in consumer products.
- Strong technical understanding of AI/ML.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on user needs.
- Ability to build relationships and guide projects from ideation to launch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
