Compensation:
$145,747—$300,067/year
Responsibilities:
- Establish and own AI Governance and Risk Management Framework.
- Partner with Legal to translate AI regulations into engineering requirements.
- Develop risk management systems and internal policies for responsible AI practices.
- Drive consensus across multiple teams to mitigate AI risks.
- Incorporate AI compliance program status into leadership reporting.
Requirements:
- 8+ years as a technical program manager in Compliance or related fields.
- Experience with AI model and feature development.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
