Compensation:
$145,747—$300,067/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic ML/AI platform programs, identifying and delivering high-impact initiatives.
- Operate with an AI-first execution mindset, using GenAI for program execution.
- Prototype AI-augmented tools and workflows to improve decision-making.
- Drive complex technical decisions across teams and ensure alignment.
- Own program outcomes end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of ML/AI and systems engineering principles.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
