Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Monetization DS execution roadmap with clear milestones.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Data Science to productionalize core tables.
  • Drive workflow automation and scale self-serve analytics tools.
  • Operationalize input metrics and structure cross-functional deep dives.
  • Utilize GenAI for program execution and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage multi-team technical programs.
  • Strong partnership with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Experience in building trusted metrics and operational cadences.
  • Excellent risk and dependency management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
