Staff Technical Program Manager, Search Relevance

This role is based in San Francisco with remote options available.

Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067 USD

Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with key partners across Search teams.
• Define and drive Search, Relevance, and Merchant ML/AI programs.
• Lead program management of multiple work streams.
• Analyze merchant distribution and shopping experiences.
• Manage the overarching portfolio of programs and mentor junior TPMs.

Requirements:

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (7+ years).
• Strong technical breadth and judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with Search products is highly desirable.
