Staff Technical Program Manager, Search Relevance

This role is based in San Francisco or can be performed remotely.

Compensation:

$145,747—$300,067 USD

Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with key partners across Search teams.
• Define and drive Search and Merchant ML/AI programs.
• Lead program management of multiple work streams.
• Analyze merchant distribution and shopping experiences.
• Drive product, business, and OKR requirements.
• Manage the overarching portfolio of programs.

Requirements:

• BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (7+ years).
• Strong technical breadth and judgment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with Search products is highly desirable.
• AI-first execution mindset.
