Compensation:
$80,710—$166,168 USD
Responsibilities:
Support coordination and execution of talent management programs, including performance management and learning initiatives. Manage day-to-day operations and optimize processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-4 years in Talent Management or HR operations
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
