This role is based in New York City with flexibility to work from home.

Compensation:

$96,694–$138,134/year

Responsibilities:

  • Help set up and run execution frameworks for large, cross-functional programs.
  • Partner with engineering, product, design, and marketing to define roadmaps.
  • Support day-to-day program operations and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early.

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting or running cross-functional programs in a product or technology environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
