Compensation:
$110,018 - $157,169/year, plus equity
Responsibilities:
- Develop data-driven strategies to drive the growth of Spotify users and subscribers, focusing on performance marketing.
- Refine attribution practices and measure the incremental impact of marketing spend.
- Collaborate with business partners to guide strategic marketing decisions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience using Python/R and SQL for data analysis.
- Experience supporting marketing organizations with paid media strategy.
- Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
