This role is based in New York or Stockholm.
Compensation:
$76,840 - $109,771/year, plus equity.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze subscriber behavior and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for plan evolution and new value propositions.
- Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of changes to subscription plans and add-on offerings.
- Define and maintain success metrics for Portfolio initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross-functional partners.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor the health and performance of subscription plans and new revenue streams.
- Perform exploratory analyses that uncover growth levers and inform the Portfolio roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, User Research and other Data Science teams across the Subscriptions Mission.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate analysis and workflows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics, ideally at a consumer tech or subscription-based company.
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient in SQL and Python, comfortable working with large-scale datasets.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, with a solid understanding of statistical methods.
- Clear communicator who can translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving business.
- Enjoy collaborating across teams and working in environments that require coordination across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
