This role can be based in London or Stockholm.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver the initial roadmap for this new squad and shape the long-term direction of our developer tooling investments.
  • Build deep expertise in user-behavior instrumentation, event delivery, schemas, and developer workflows.
  • Define and track success metrics focused on correctness, productivity, and adoption.
  • Run structured product discovery with engineering teams; translate insights into clear product improvements.
  • Partner closely with the Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer to define MVPs, sequencing, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Communicate clearly across product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to drive alignment and momentum.
  • Explore opportunities to apply AI/ML to developer tooling or product discovery.

Who you are:

  • Experienced with developer-focused products and have the technical depth to reason about code, instrumentation, and telemetry.
  • Have a deep understanding of events, schemas, data pipelines, or telemetry systems.
  • Track record of thoughtful prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Curiosity about how developers work and enthusiasm for improving DevEx at scale.
