Senior Data Scientist, Platform Mission

This role is based in London or Stockholm, with flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do:

• Partner with Insights Leads and stakeholders to design performance metric frameworks.
• Collaborate with data engineers to create pipelines for key metrics.
• Explore complex datasets to identify patterns and trends.
• Scope and execute projects including A/B tests.
• Create compelling data stories through visualizations and reporting.

Who you are:

• Experienced with experimentation and statistical techniques.
• Skilled in Python or R, SQL, and large-scale data technologies.
• Effective communicator of insights through dashboards and visualizations.
