This role is based in New York, with flexibility to work within the North America region.

Compensation:

$176,166 - $251,666/year plus equity

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement reward signals for recommendations through hands-on ML development.
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate and A/B test signals in recommendation systems.
  • Promote best practices in ML systems development and testing.

Who you are:

  • Strong background in machine learning with expertise in statistics, optimization, and large language models.
  • Experience in production ML systems using Java, Scala, Python, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with tools like PyTorch, Ray, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
