Senior Program Manager, Platform Delivery

This role is based in London or Stockholm with a hybrid working approach.

What You'll Do:

• Drive delivery of major, high-priority programs in complex, cross-organisational environments.
• Own program vision end-to-end, connecting near-term execution to longer-term Platform and company strategies.
• Partner closely with senior leaders across Platform, Alliances, and Studios to shape plans, priorities, and outcomes.
• Navigate ambiguity by bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to evolving problem spaces.
• Influence and align senior collaborators through strong storytelling, data, and positive relationships.
• Lead change management efforts, helping teams move from uncertainty to shared direction and execution.
• Translate strategy into execution through clear processes, delivery frameworks, and meaningful metrics.
