This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$205,800 - $308,800 per year

What you'll do:

Manage a team responsible for network design, operations, and automation tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a global team of network engineers.
  • Design and operate corporate office networks.
  • Establish metrics for operational efficiency.
  • Resolve complex network issues.

Minimum requirements:

  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of routing protocols and network security.
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper hardware.
  • Automation skills using Python or similar.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with wireless design.
  • Familiarity with enterprise network builds.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
