Compensation:
$236,000 - $354,000 per year
What you'll do:
Own the shaping and delivery of transformative products, collaborate with product management, design, and data science, and engage with users to understand their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build full stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem.
- Partner with product management and design to ship impactful features.
- Dive into data to test hypotheses and set success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic commerce capabilities.
- Engage directly with users to translate requirements into product shapes.
Minimum requirements:
- 10+ years of engineering experience with hands-on development expertise.
- Proven experience coaching senior engineers.
- Experience leading initiatives across large engineering organizations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Empathy for users in digital commerce experiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering management experience.
- Experience building APIs for enterprise-grade users.
- Background in eCommerce and AI tools.
