Engineering Manager , Data Engineering Solutions

This role is based in Bengaluru, India.

What you'll do:

• Deliver cutting-edge data pipelines that scale to users' needs, focusing on reliability and efficiency.
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship and support.
• Drive execution of key reporting initiatives, overseeing the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers to create a shared roadmap.
• Understand user needs to prioritize engineering work.

Minimum requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing teams in Data Products/Data Warehouses.
• Proven success in recruiting and building teams.
• Extreme customer focus and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical acumen for strategic technical decisions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with high-velocity teams and large-scale data pipelines.
• Expertise in tools like Kafka, Spark, and AWS Cloud.
• Strong communication skills for various audiences.
