Compensation:
$236,000 - $354,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Define the multi-year direction for Airflow at Stripe.
- Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- Ensure reliability for a critical platform.
- Guide the team through architectural decisions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of engineering management experience.
- Experience in cross-functional organizations.
Preferred:
- Experience managing remote teams.
- Technical background in workflow orchestration, particularly Airflow.
