Engineering Manager, HADR

This role is remote within the United States.

Compensation:

$214,600 - $321,800 per year

What you'll do:

Develop global architecture for high availability and resilience, manage project lifecycles, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing mentorship and support.
• Oversee project execution from planning to delivery.
• Build a high-functioning team by defining roles and responsibilities.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of cloud development or management experience.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Understanding of distributed systems and high-availability concepts.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and multi-region deployments.
• Familiarity with document databases like MongoDB.
