Engineering Manager of Managers, Document Databases

This role is based in Seattle, leading a team responsible for a high-availability database system.

Compensation:

$280,000 - $420,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Architect the organization and culture for elite engineering.
• Define vision and strategy for the database infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in technical leadership, with at least 3 years as a Manager of Managers.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and Tier0 infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate strategic ambiguity.
