Compensation:

$280,000 - $420,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Architect the organization and culture for elite engineering.
  • Define vision and strategy for the database infrastructure.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align engineering needs with business growth.
  • Invest in talent development and team building.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in technical leadership, with at least 3 years as a Manager of Managers.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems and Tier0 infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to navigate strategic ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with critical infrastructure and managing global teams.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
