What you'll do:
Lead the team to deliver world-class experiences, collaborate with stakeholders, manage processes, recruit engineers, and contribute to engineering initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Enable the team to deliver experiences across web and mobile.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams.
- Lead processes for team engagement and performance.
- Recruit and develop engineering talent.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing teams.
- 4+ years of technical experience in user-facing products.
- Experience in designing user experiences across platforms.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
