Compensation:

£132,000 - £198,000/year

What you'll do:

Lead the team to deliver world-class experiences, collaborate with stakeholders, manage processes, recruit engineers, and contribute to engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable the team to deliver experiences across web and mobile.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams.
  • Lead processes for team engagement and performance.
  • Recruit and develop engineering talent.
  • Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing teams.
  • 4+ years of technical experience in user-facing products.
  • Experience in designing user experiences across platforms.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
  • Commitment to mentorship and team growth.
