What you'll do:
Lead the team in developing APIs and services for payment processing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Scope, design, build, and maintain APIs and large-scale systems.
- Debug and solve critical production issues.
- Partner with Engineering Managers to create roadmaps.
- Mentor the next generation of technical leaders.
Who you are:
- 3+ years in engineering management.
- 8+ years in software development.
- Experience in hiring and mentoring engineers.
