This role is remote in the United States.
Compensation:
$214,600 - $321,800 per year
What you'll do:
- Drive the vision for a consistent Risk & Compliance experience across the company.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the product roadmap.
- Manage the technical roadmap and support engineering excellence.
- Hire and develop engineers, fostering a culture of growth.
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in software development.
- 8-10 years of overall experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in building diverse teams and managing critical systems.
