This role is remote in the United States.
Compensation:
$214,600 - $321,800/year
Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision for a simple and consistent Risk & Compliance experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the product roadmap.
- Manage the technical roadmap and support the engineering team.
- Hire and develop engineers, acting as a mentor.
- Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in software development.
- 8-10 years of experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in building diverse teams and working with cross-functional teams.
