Full Stack Engineer, Collaboration

This role is based in Toronto.

Compensation:

$187,500 - $281,300/year

What you'll do:

Build innovative GenAI-powered experiences, collaborate with multiple teams, and manage solutions from end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Work with technically sophisticated engineers focused on user needs.
• Own solutions from end to end, managing complexity and engaging with stakeholders.
• Use qualitative and quantitative metrics for prioritization and effectiveness measurement.
• Uphold engineering standards and mentor newer team members.

Minimum requirements:

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience with modern frameworks like React or Vue.
• Experience across full stack development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with LLM-powered or information retrieval technologies.
• Knowledge of Ruby, TypeScript, and React.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and make informed decisions.
