Associate Engineering Manager, General Assembly, Semi

This role is based in Sparks, Nevada.

What you'll do:

• Lead Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) assurance functions for your team.
• Define expectations to improve production line performance.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to install and troubleshoot new processes.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in automated, high-volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects.
• Experience in mechanical, automation, and controls engineering.
